(A) It is a violation of the Peru Code of Ordinances for any person to do any act forbidden or to fail to perform any act required in §§ 72.19 through 72.29, or by any officer engaged in the lawful discharge of his official duties.
(B) The parent of any child and the guardian of any protected person shall not authorize or knowingly permit any child or protected person to violate any of the provisions of §§ 72.19 through 72.29.
(C) These regulations applicable to bicycles or electric foot scooters apply whenever a bicycle or electric foot scooter is operated upon a highway or a path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles and electric foot scooters.
