§ 32.91. CREATION.

A Department of Stormwater Management (“Department”) shall be and is hereby created for the purpose of providing for the collection, disposal and drainage of storm and surface water and relieving of sanitary sewers of such water. The Department shall be administered with the City Municipal Utilities through its Utility Service Board. The Stormwater Board shall be controlled by three directors to be appointed by the Mayor pursuant to IC 8-1.5-5-4.
