§ 32.90. ESTABLISHMENT.

The provisions of IC 8-1.5-5-1 through IC 8-1.5-5-26 concerning establishment of a Department of Stormwater Management is hereby adopted, and any and all amendments thereto effective and operative as to the city. The Board shall have the authority to exercise all powers provided by IC 8-1.5-5-6.
