§ 71.67. PEDESTRIANS AND CHILDREN; DUE CARE.

- Notwithstanding other provisions of this code or any ordinance, a person who drives a vehicle shall exercise due care to avoid colliding with a pedestrian or a person propelling a human-powered vehicle, giving an audible signal when necessary, and shall exercise proper caution upon observing a child or an obviously confused, incapacitated or intoxicated person.(IC 9-21-8-37) (Ord. 20, 2008, passed 11-3-08)
