§ 71.53. YIELDING RIGHT-OF-WAY AT INTERSECTIONS AND FOUR-WAY STOPS

  • Except when approaching through streets and areas in which signs are posted giving other instructions, or when stopping at a four-way stop, when two vehicles approach or enter an intersection from different highways at approximately the same time, the person who drives the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right side.
