§ 55.02. AUTHORITY.

This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by IC §§ 36-1-4-11, 36-7-4, and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto. This authority provides for the administration, enforcement, and amendment of this chapter for control of post construction stormwater runoff in the City of Peru.
