§ 54.02. AUTHORITY.

This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by IC §§ 36-1-4-11, 36-7-4, and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto. This authority provides for the administration, enforcement, and amendment of this chapter for controlling soil erosion in the City of Peru.
