§ 96.02. SEX AND VIOLENT OFFENDERS DENIED ENTRY TO PARK AND RECREATION AREAS.

(A) Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARK AND RECREATION AREAS. Any buildings, structures, parks, trails, drives, and roadways in the city that are under the control and jurisdiction of the Parks Department.
THE STATE OF INDIANA SEX AND VIOLENT OFFENDER REGISTRY. The registry created pursuant to IC 36-2-13-5.5, which requires the registration of certain sex and violent offenders.
(B) Prohibition. It shall be unlawful for individuals who are listed in the State of Indiana Sex and Violent Offender Registry to enter upon, or into, any park and recreation area maintained by the city, for any purpose.
