§ 31.03. MEETINGS.

The regular meeting, required by I.C. 36-4-6-7, shall be held on the first Monday evening of each month at 6:00 p.m. At the hour fixed, the Clerk shall call the roll of members, noting those present and those absent. If the President is absent at the time of the first call, the President Pro Tempore of the Council shall act presiding officer until the arrival of the President. It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer to cause notice of such meeting to be made available, email, office mail, or U.S. mail, to each member and the news media in compliance with the open door law prior to the commencement of the meeting.
